Gardener Auker is a one-person lawn and garden business based in Sunnybank Hills. This page explains what happens to the details you send through the quote form.
What we collect
The quote form asks for your name, phone number, suburb, the services you want, and the best time to reach you. Your email address and any notes are optional. That is the whole list — there is no account to create, and nothing on the page follows you around.
Why we collect it
To work out a price and call you back about it. We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not sell them or pass them to anyone outside the services listed below.
Who else handles it
Your request passes through three services, all based outside Australia:
- Cloudflare (United States) hosts this site and receives the form submission.
- Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC, Dubai) carries the request to Hans's phone so he knows to call you.
- Resend (United States) sends the confirmation email, if you gave us an address.
How long we keep it
How long we keep it is still being settled. Email hello@auker.garden and we'll tell you what we currently hold.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. Cloudflare may set a short-lived cookie for security, for example when the spam check on the form runs. Nothing is stored on your device to recognise you between visits.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and page-speed measurements. It works without cookies, stores no identifier on your device, and reports totals rather than anything about you individually.
Asking for a copy, or asking us to delete it
Email hello@auker.garden and Hans will sort it out. If something here is wrong or unclear, the same address is the place to say so.
